Afterword - the Past and the Future
At the end of this website homepage I chose to include a photo of my high school, whose pavilion typically symbolize the place where I’ve lived for 17 years - Suzhou. I include this picture is to express my gratitude to it.
The picture also led me to think about my past and future. When I took this photo I was an incoming high school student roaming on the campus, having no idea of what I should do in the future. The future is too remote for a 10th grader to imagine, yet I still sought for a clear idea.
Now I'm a senior. At this time I think after the high school years I've certainly obtained some idea, ideas about my academic interests, about my abilities and strength. But the most important lesson I've learned is to leave my ideas for the remote future blank.
So I think, maybe it's exciting to see what content will be later added to the website's white background panel.
